Jumpstreet provides water fountains and has bottled water, Gatorade, and soda for sale at a fair price. We do not allow outside drinks of any kind (including bottles or containers of water).
Jumpstreet has snacks such as granola bars, candy bars, and fruit snacks. Guests are also welcome to order pizza; please speak with a customer service representative to confirm prices and availability. We do not allow outside food of any kind, unless you have a fully reserved party scheduled with Jumpstreet prior to your visit in which case you are welcome to bring in a cake/dessert.
You are welcome to jump with your children provided the following two requirements have been met:
- Your child is 5 or older
- You purchase the Main Court admission option (not Earthquake 4 & under area) for yourself and your child.
*Please note any child 4 and under is only permitted in Earthquake (4 & under area). Anyone 5 or older (including adults) are welcome in the Earthquake area, however they may not be on or use the equipment.
Reservations are not required or necessary for general admission. You are welcome to come in at any time during business hours. Reservations are strongly recommended for groups of 20 or more or birthday parties.
Any adult (18 or older) may sign a waiver for anyone 17 & under. However, if you are not the legal guardian of the minor which you are completing the waiver for, this waiver will be valid for only one visit until completed by their parent. The electronic waiver is available on our website and can be completed from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. This allows the guardian of minors to complete the waiver without actually being at Jumpstreet.

Typically the morning hours (before noon) or evening hours (after 6:00PM) can be less busy, however the best way to find out is to contact the location you are wanting to visit the day of.
Our weight limit varies by attraction. We recommend a maximum weight capacity of 280lbs, however please consult management with specific questions regarding safety restrictions.
Yes, Jumpstreet jump socks are required for $3.00 per participant. These may be re-used for future visits once they are purchased. Have a competitor’s sock? We’ll swap it with a brand new pair of ours for free!/span>
We offer free Wi-Fi at all locations along with plenty of seating throughout the building.

*Jumpstreet in Katy, Texas has a $1 admission fee for any non-participants. This $1 fee includes a bottle of water for the non-participant.
Jumpstreet hosts an event on the first Saturday of every month from 9:00am-11:00am. The first hour (9:00am-10:00am) is exclusive to children with special needs and their families only, the second hour is open to the public.
Currently, we do not offer fitness classes, however Jumpstreet is a great cardiovascular workout and participants can burn up to 1000 calories an hour!
